James Wells

James Wells has extensive experience in technology and management, currently serving as the Building Systems Lead at Vulcan since February 2004, with responsibilities that include overseeing Ultraclad and Wintec, as well as holding roles in innovation, digital strategy, brand marketing, and health and safety. Additionally, James has a background as Director at both Devoli and Inviol since 2021 and 2023, respectively. Early in the career, James worked as a professional windsurfer while also gaining valuable experience in IT roles, including Business Analyst, IT System Administrator, and Head of IT, where skills in developing in-house ERP solutions and IT systems administration were honed.
