Dr. Anil Mengi

Dr. Anil Mengi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Anil started their career as a Working Student/Master Thesis at DoCoMo Euro-Labs in 2005. Dr. Anil then worked as a Researcher at the University of Duisburg-Essen, specializing in transmission schemes and coding for communications systems. After that, they joined Atlas Elektronik as a System Engineer, and later moved on to become the Manager of Strategic Positioning at devolo AG. Dr. Mengi then took on roles with increasing responsibility at devolo AG, including Director of Strategic Positioning and Innovations and Senior Director of Strategic Positioning & Innovations. Dr. Anil was also a Chair Marketing at G3-PLC Alliance, where they supported the implementation of G3-PLC in smart grid applications.

Dr. Anil Mengi completed their education in a chronological order. Dr. Anil first obtained a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, specializing in Electronics and Communications, from Istanbul Technical University in 2002. Dr. Anil then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering, with a focus on Digital Communications, at Kiel University from 2002 to 2004. Dr. Mengi went on to earn their Ph.D. in Communication Engineering from the University of Duisburg-Essen between 2005 and 2010. Lastly, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Maastricht University School of Business and Economics, completing their studies in 2019.
