David Harris

David Harris currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer at Devon Energy, a position held since December 2007, where previous roles included Executive Vice President of Exploration and Production, Senior Vice President of E&P / Business Development, Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer, and Associate General Counsel for Corporate Affairs. Prior to joining Devon Energy, David Harris was a Partner at Thompson & Knight LLP from February 2005 to November 2007. David Harris holds a Doctor of Law degree (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and has additional educational credentials from The University of Tulsa.
