Mouin Almasoodi

Mouin Almasoodi, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the field of petroleum engineering with extensive experience at Devon Energy since May 2014, where roles have included Reservoir Engineering Manager, Principal Reservoir Engineer, Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer, Staff Reservoir Engineer, and Reservoir Engineer. Prior to this, Mouin worked as a Geomechanics Laboratory Engineer at the integrated PoroMechanics Institute (iPMI) from March 2012 to May 2014, focusing on projects for ExxonMobil. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Petroleum Engineering and a Master of Science in Rock Mechanics from the University of Oklahoma, along with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the American University in Dubai. Currently, Mouin is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
