Chetan Gupta

Chetan Gupta has been working in the tech industry since 2007. Chetan began their career at Newgen Software Technologies as an Application Support for the Global Enterprise Model (GEM) project. Chetan then moved to BMC Software in 2011 as a Technical Support Analyst, providing support to global customers, demonstrating product installation and configuration, creating knowledge articles, and troubleshooting applications. In 2014, they joined HCL Technologies (Infrastructure Services Division) as a Technical Specialist, providing support to users, creating compliance rules, and creating run books. Most recently, in 2021, they joined DevOps Institute as a Site Reliability Engineering.

Chetan Gupta obtained their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Punjab Technical University between 2008 and 2011. Chetan also obtained a BCA from Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication, Bhopal between 2003 and 2005. Prior to that, they completed their education from MP Board Bhopal between 1998 and 2002. In addition, Chetan Gupta has obtained certifications in RHCE EX300 (RHEL7) from COSS - Centre for Open Systems and Solutions in March 2017, RHCSA EX200 (RHEL7) from COSS - Centre for Open Systems and Solutions in March 2017, and ITIL Foundation III.
