Mariette Zaidan

Mariette Zaidan is an experienced professional in customer success and delivery management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at DevOps1 since November 2022. Previously, Mariette held the position of Portfolio Delivery Leader at Ampion from September 2020 until its acquisition by Wipro in July 2022. Mariette's career includes significant roles at Revolution IT as Delivery Manager and Operations Manager from March 2015 to September 2020, prior to its merger with Shelde and rebranding to Ampion. Mariette began the professional journey with positions as Business Support Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business and Commerce with a focus on Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Western Sydney University and studies at Catherine McAuley Westmead from 2003 to 2008.
