Mário Nogueira

Mário Nogueira serves as the Global Offer Portfolio Director at Devoteam since June 2022, overseeing the alignment of the company's offerings with market needs and managing the pre-sales division. Additional contributions to the public sector include representation in the MIH and MPI, where Mário was involved in digital transformation strategies and cloud adoption frameworks. Early career highlights include various leadership positions at Estradas de Portugal from May 1997 to May 2015, emphasizing systems information management and the coordination of application divisions. Mário holds a degree in Electrotechnical and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a postgraduate degree in Management from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
