Jim Laughlin

Jim Laughlin is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in health plan management and advisory roles. Currently serving as Market President for Medicare Advantage at Devoted Health since December 2018, Laughlin also provides advisory services to health plan executives and investors through Healthcare Strategies Consulting. Previous positions include President of Senior Products at Humana, where Laughlin managed significant growth in the Southeast region, and CEO of WellSpot Retail Medical Clinics, overseeing rapid expansion and sale of the company. Additional roles span various leadership positions at HealthSpring, Progressive Systems, CompBenefits, and United HealthCare. Jim Laughlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
