Rachel Sherman

Rachel Sherman is an experienced operations executive currently serving as VP of Operations at Devoted Health, where various leadership roles have been held since April 2018. Prior to this, Rachel was VP of Customer Success & Operations at Jiff, Inc., overseeing a 70-person team and achieving negative customer churn while supporting enterprise health benefits for Fortune 100 companies. Experience also includes a role as Senior Manager at Audacious Inquiry, leading business development for health information systems, co-founding the social venture 2Vidas focusing on pregnancy wellness in Mexico City, and consulting at Dalberg Global Development Advisors and Putnam Associates. Rachel holds an MBA/MPH from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Public Policy Studies and Chemistry from Duke University.
