Sónia Cruz

Sónia Cruz is a Lead BI Developer at DevScope, specializing in Business Intelligence projects utilizing the Microsoft BI stack tools including Power BI, SSMS, and Azure DevOps since January 2020. Prior to this role, Sónia worked as a BI Developer at Unilabs Portugal, focusing on data analysis, modeling, and visualization with tools such as Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research & Innovation Developer at Neadvance, where Sónia contributed to medical image analysis through deep learning techniques. Sónia began a career in customer service as a Barista at Lota Bar, while completing various degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Biomedicine, including an Integrated Master’s from Escola de Engenharia da Universidade do Minho and a Master’s from RWTH Aachen University.
