Anamaría Lacouture M.

Anamaría Lacouture M. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Anamaría is currently working as the Director of People Operations at Devsu, where they lead the talent strategy. Prior to this, they founded Tienda de Sonrisas, a platform connecting artisans with global consumers and aimed at improving the quality of life for vulnerable communities in Colombia. Anamaría also worked as a consultant at SEGEN GROUP, where they provided digital transformation advice to Chambers of Commerce. Before that, they served as the VP of Talent Management at Novo/Scale (now Thirdera), where they built a world-class HR system. Anamaría started their career at Ernst & Young as a People Consultant, gaining experience in global HR best practices. At Brigard & Urrutia, they focused on talent management and created performance management and training programs.

Anamaría Lacouture M. obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad de La Sabana, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In 2010 to 2011, they pursued a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Later, in 2016 to 2017, they completed a Diploma in Innovation and Co-creation from Universidad del Norte specializing in Business Administration and Management.
