Michelle Penston has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle started their career as a Press Office Intern at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 2004. Michelle then worked as an Arts Assistant at Hampshire County Council from 2005 to 2007. Michelle then joined The Point Theatre as a Marketing and Audience Development Officer from 2007 to 2011. Michelle later worked as a Marketing Officer at The Tricycle from 2011 to 2012. Michelle then transitioned to Dewynters, where they held various roles including Senior Account Executive from 2012 to 2015, Account Manager from 2015 to 2017, Account Director from 2017 to 2022, and currently serves as the Head Of Account Management starting from July 2022.
Michelle Penston completed their education in a chronological manner. From 2002 to 2005, they attended Solent University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Public Relations and Communications. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, Michelle enrolled at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing, pursuing a Professional Diploma in Marketing, also known as the CIM Professional Diploma.
