Stephen Martone

Stephen Martone has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the office equipment and services industry. Stephen'srecent experience includes serving as the Vice President of Operations and Service at DEX Imaging, where they have been since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at DEX Imaging starting in July 2019. From 2016 to 2019, Stephen worked as the VP of Operations at North American Office Solutions, leading a wide range of office equipment and managed network services.

Before that, Stephen worked as a Business Development Consultant at LH Consulting from 2015 to 2016, providing consulting services to small and midsize technology organizations. Stephen also has extensive experience in finance and operations, having held the roles of National Director of Finance Operations at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. from 2008 to 2015, and Finance Operations Director at Danka Office Imaging from 2004 to 2008.

Stephen's career also includes roles such as Director of Technical Service Operations and Director of Product Support at Danka Office Imaging, where they played a key role in acquisition integration and process improvement initiatives. Stephen started their career as a Field Supervisor/Branch Manager at X-Act Copy in 1988. Throughout their career, Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership skills, financial expertise, and a focus on improving operational performance.

Stephen Martone has a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) degree in Business Management from St. Petersburg College. Stephen also holds an Associate's Degree in Applied Technology from Central New England College. Additionally, they have completed a certification program in Electronic Technology from Worcester Industrial Tech in Worcester, MA. Stephen has obtained several additional certifications, including a Certificate in Statistical Quality Management and a Certification in Statistical Process Management from Total Management Inc. Stephen has also received Leadership Development Training from Blue Point Leadership and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
