Peixian Li

Peixian Li has a wide range of work experience in the software engineering field. Most recently, they have been working at DexCare as a Software Engineer since January 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Staff Software Engineer / Interoperability Architect at Unite Us from February 2021 to January 2022.

From September 2020 to February 2021, Peixian Li worked as a Lead SDE at AIM Consulting Group, where they were part of a team that developed a FHIR server host on Amazon AWS. This server provided FHIR APIs connecting a mobile app with the backend EHR system, allowing patients to access appointments and medical records conveniently and safely.

Peixian Li also worked as a Client Services Software Architect Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, participating in the development of two internal web applications using various technologies including Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, and SQL Server.

They also have experience as an Epic System Analysis Consultant at Cleveland Clinic, where they led the conversion of classic VB-based SmartForms to the new .NET-based SmartForms. Additionally, they worked as an Epic Web Services Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, developing web services using C#/.NET and Epic InterConnect.

Peixian Li began their career at Epic, where they held several roles as a Senior Software Developer. They worked on projects such as EpicCare Inpatient, EMFI, and Tapestry.

Peixian Li pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Peking University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Following that, they completed their Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Virginia, attending from 1999 to 2001.
