Josh Berk

Josh Berk currently serves as Lead IP Legal Counsel at Dexcom since August 2023. Prior to this role, Berk was an Associate at Mintz Levin from December 2017 to August 2023 and held a similar position at Knobbe Martens Olson & Bear LLP from September 2015 to December 2017. Berk also gained experience as a Summer Associate at Patterson + Sheridan, LLP in June 2014, as a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Cathy L. Waldor at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in mid-2014, and as a Division of Law Intern at the New Jersey Office of the Attorney General in summer 2013. Earlier in career, Berk worked as Intern Technical III (Piping) at URS Corporation in summer 2011. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Seton Hall University School of Law, with a concentration in Intellectual Property Law, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Syracuse University.
