Rich McClees is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Dexcom since 2019, Rich has previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources at ICU Medical and Senior HR Business Partner at LG Electronics. With a background that includes Director of HR Business Partner at BD (formerly CareFusion) and Manager of Human Resources at Pfizer, Rich brings a wealth of expertise in human resources management. Educationally, Rich holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Diego State University.
