Leah Young, NCC, CSAC, is a seasoned senior technical recruiter currently with The Intersect Group since August 2024, emphasizing a people-first approach to talent strategy and placement. With previous experience as a senior technical recruiter at DISYS and Diversant LLC, Leah has demonstrated strong mentoring and coaching abilities while overseeing associate recruiters. Leah's background in behavioral health includes roles as a lead substance abuse counselor and intern counselor, along with experience in event coordination at Winthrop University. Leah's academic credentials include a graduate degree in clinical counseling from Winthrop University, where participation in athletics as a competitive softball player culminated in receiving a 2nd Team All Conference Player Award.
