Manya Batra

Manya Batra is a seasoned recruitment professional currently serving as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Dexian since June 2024. Prior experience includes a role as a Sr. US IT Recruiter at OKAYA INFOCOM from December 2021 to June 2024, where Manya coordinated with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and sourced candidates through various online channels. Additionally, Manya held the position of Secretary General at the FETE Foundation from September 2019 to April 2024, gaining insights into rural society and enhancing volunteer management skills. Manya holds a BCA in Computer Programming from VIDYA INSTITUTE OF CREATIVE TEACHING, completed in August 2022, and completed 12th grade in Commerce with Maths at MEERUT PUBLIC SCHOOL FOR GIRLS in January 2019.
