Beatrijs Ramaekers

Beatrijs Ramaekers is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Beatrijs serves as Bestuurder at YAR Vlaanderen and HR Director at Dexis Belgium, while also holding the position of HR Director for Belgium at Group Descours et Cabaud since September 2017. Previous roles include HR Business Partner and HR Manager at BP, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, performance management, and talent management. Beatrijs began the career as an HR Advisor and has also provided consulting services as a freelancer in training and HR management.
