Vijay Kaushik has a diverse background in business development and sales. Their experience includes working in various roles such as CoFounder and COO at Cantilever Labs, Zonal Head of Sales and Operations at Udaan.com, and Junior Consultant at Goodera. With a background in Chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Vijay has also conducted research on bio-degradable polymers at Graz University of Technology. Currently, Vijay is part of the Core Team for Business Development at Dexponent, focusing on institutional liquid staking in the web3 ecosystem.
