Jeffrey Rice

Jeffrey Rice has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jeffrey is currently the Vice President Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations at Dexter-Russell, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Manufacturing at Aved Electronics, where they integrated business divisions and streamlined operations using Lean principles. Before that, they held the position of VP of Operations at 3si | Surgical Safety Solutions, where they implemented best-in-class processes and procedures. Jeffrey also worked at Alcatel-Lucent as an Engineering Service Director Contract Manufacturers | Operations and Component Material Management Director | Operations, focusing on improving manufacturing relationships and developing key metrics. Jeffrey has a long tenure at Bell Laboratories - Lucent Technologies, where they transformed a repair business into a profitable re-manufacturing business. Finally, they started their career at AT&T as a Printed Circuit Board Assembly Manager.

Jeffrey Rice attended Saugus High School for an unspecified period of time, after which they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Hartford from 1980 to 1984. Jeffrey then went on to complete a Master's degree in Manufacturing at Brigham Young University from 1984 to 1989.
