Darci Powers is an experienced operations and supply chain leader with a robust background in managing global teams and implementing effective strategies for growth. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Dexter since April 2023, Darci previously held various senior roles at Rotex Global, LLC, including Vice President of Global Aftermarket Sales & Operations and Vice President of Global Supply Chain and Operations. With expertise in talent development, strategic sourcing, and Lean principles, Darci has consistently driven improvements in operational efficiency and cost management throughout a career spanning over two decades across multiple industries. Darci holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Industrial Management from Purdue University.
