Kegan Borland

Kegan Borland serves as the Director of Corporate Development at Dexter since August 2022, focusing on identifying and executing acquisitions and developing corporate strategy within the Dexter Axle senior leadership team. Previously, Kegan held the position of Senior Manager for Corporate Development and M&A at Tenneco, managing transactions and strategic growth planning from November 2020 to June 2022. With experience as an Associate at Doeren Mayhew Capital Advisors from September 2016 to November 2020, Kegan provided investment banking services across various industries. An MBA graduate from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business, Kegan also worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at The Forbes M+A Group and held various educational roles, including SSA Prep Director and Senior School Teacher at Shady Side Academy. Kegan earned a BA in History from Kenyon College.
