Ian Spackman

Ian Spackman is an experienced portfolio and centre manager currently serving Dexus at Willows Shopping Centre in Townsville since December 2019. Prior to this role, Ian held the position of General Manager Capital Projects QLD at The Star Entertainment Group from October 2016 to December 2019, managing a team responsible for significant transformations at Star Gold Coast and Treasury Hotel & Casino in Brisbane. Ian began a career in asset and development management at Colonial First State Property Management and held several roles at AMP Capital Shopping Centres, where leadership in regional shopping centres and development projects was demonstrated. Ian's educational background includes multiple diplomas in property investment and finance from Macquarie Business School.
