Michelle Vino

Michelle Vino is a seasoned professional in client services and customer relations, currently serving as a Senior Client Services Manager and Senior Customer Relations Manager at DF Young Inc since October 2023. With extensive experience at DFyoung since August 2016 in various customer service roles including Manager of Customer Service and Customer Process Manager, Michelle has also held the position of Customer Relations Associate at Vanguard since November 2015, managing client accounts and addressing customer service inquiries. Earlier career experience includes working as an Account Executive at Stratus Interactive from January 2014 to May 2015, where responsibilities included managing client accounts, overseeing departmental collaboration, and conducting copywriting for client websites. Michelle is an alumnus of Penn State University.
