Milcah Mutesi

Milcah Mutesi currently serves as the Head of the Project Management Office at dfcu Bank, overseeing the strategic alignment and execution of major projects while establishing project management standards and methodologies. Prior experience includes roles as Program Manager and Release Train Engineer at African Export-Import Bank, Manager of Projects and Initiatives Monitoring at Bank of Africa - Uganda, and Manager of Projects and Strategy at Stanbic Bank Uganda. Milcah began a career in project management as a Project Manager and Scrum Master at Imprint (U) Ltd and holds a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Makerere University. Recent professional development includes obtaining a Prince2 Agile Certification.
