David Bowler

David Bowler is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in IT and engineering. Currently serving as the Chief Technology Officer at DFDL since October 2009, David is the principal architect of the company’s technology infrastructure, overseeing the design, development, and optimization of internal IT operations. Prior to this role, David was the IT Director and General Manager at 01 Creative Solutions from May 1993 to October 2009, where leadership was provided to IT teams and design professionals, offering services to a diverse clientele across public and private sectors, including experience with pre-IPO companies during the dot-com era in Southern California and in emerging markets in Southeast Asia. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science in Engineering with a specialization in Engineering Management from UCLA.
