Sohini Singh is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, management, and performance enhancement across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at DFDL since March 2021, Sohini is responsible for designing and implementing regional HR strategies across Asia, focusing on human resource planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent retention. Prior to this role, Sohini held prominent positions such as Head of Human Resources at Weerawong, Chinnavat & Peangpanor Ltd., where expertise in change management and transformation strategies was demonstrated, and Consultant at BTI Consultants, specializing in executive search and leadership consulting. Sohini’s career began as an Associate at Rainmaker, followed by roles at Vahura and RR Donnelley, showcasing a strong foundation in HR operations and law. Sohini holds a Master’s degree in Labor Economics from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA with a dual focus in HR and Marketing.
