Mohamed Ibrahim is a highly experienced academic and consultant in the field of communications engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as a Postdoctoral Researcher at both Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz (DFKI) and RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau since August 2023, Mohamed also holds the position of Assistant Professor at Newgiza University since September 2021. Additionally, since January 2022, Mohamed has been working as a Machine Learning Consultant at Devenomics. Prior roles include serving as a Board Member at Digital HUB (D-HUB) until August 2023, and an Assistant Professor at Modern Sciences and Arts University from March 2019 to September 2021. Mohamed's research experience includes work as a Research Assistant at Technische Universität Ilmenau between April 2014 and November 2018, focusing on signal processing, compressive sensing, and array processing. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Technische Universität Ilmenau, a Master's degree from Ulm University, and a Bachelor's degree from The German University in Cairo.
