Kristen Barrett

Kristen Barrett is a Principal at DG Volo & Company and brings over 15 years of diverse professional experience to the group. She most recently served as the Executive Director of Strategy and Operational Excellence at Henry Schein, a Fortune 300 leader in healthcare solutions and distribution, where she led strategy creation and deployment across a matrixed structure in the United States. Kristen has over a decade of hands-on experience designing scalable organizational structures and processes, building and coaching high performing teams, integrating complex acquisitions, and leading robust human resources functions.

Kristen holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management and a Bachelors of Arts degree in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.
