Carel van der Merwe

Carel van der Merwe is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and SAP solutions. Currently serving as Group IT Manager at DGB (Pty) Ltd since February 2017 and as Director at Key4 Consulting since June 2014, Carel van der Merwe specializes in supply chain planning improvement and solution architecture for SAP SCM APO. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at Marathon Management Consulting and Senior Consultant at Britehouse Specialist SAP Division, where significant contributions to over 10 full lifecycle SAP SCM implementations were made. Notable projects include developing an inventory optimization solution for Barloworld Equipment and the design and implementation of the APO SNP global template for Chevron LSC.
