Krishna Sahai has a comprehensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Starting in 2006, Krishna worked as an Executive Trainee in HR at UPDATER SERVICES PVT LTD - UDS. Following this, from 2006 to 2008, Krishna worked as an Executive in HR at Lobo Staffing Solutions Private Limited.

In 2008, Krishna joined Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. as an Executive in HR, and later advanced to the role of Assistant Manager in HR from 2009 to 2011. As a Dy. Manager in HR, Krishna was responsible for various HR tasks including manpower analysis, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance appraisal. Krishna also played a significant role in the manpower requirement assessment for a green field project.

From 2012 to 2017, Krishna worked at Shadeed Iron & Steel LLC, initially as a Dy. Manager in HR, responsible for establishing the HR function after an acquisition. Krishna also held the position of Manager in HR, designing and implementing HR policies and processes, assessing manpower requirements, and implementing HR technology. Krishna then advanced to the role of Assistant General Manager in HR, leading the HR, Administration, and PR function of the group's companies in the Middle-East.

Afterward, Krishna joined Jindal Steel & Power Ltd. again in 2017 as a Dy. General Manager in HR, managing HR shared services and leading the optimization of HRIS systems. Krishna also developed employee life-cycle processes and people practices during this role.

In 2021, Krishna worked at TRB Group as the General Manager in HR and Head of Global Venture. In this role, Krishna led the digitization framework, developed comprehensive performance management strategies, and established strategic recruitment practices.

Currently, Krishna is the Head of Group HR at DHAMPUR SUGAR MILLS LIMITED, starting in 2022.

Throughout Krishna's career, they have gained extensive experience in diverse HR functions, such as recruitment, training, performance management, and process optimization. They have also demonstrated expertise in leading HR teams and implementing HR technologies.

Krishna Sahai completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra from 2001 to 2004. After that, Krishna pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Development from KIIT School of Management (KSOM), Bhubaneswar, with a duration from 2004 to 2006. Later on, Krishna enrolled in XLRI Jamshedpur from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained an Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM). Additionally, Krishna has acquired the certification of SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
