Ibrahim Beydemir has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ibrahim started their career at Deloitte, where they worked as an Experienced Senior Auditor before being promoted to Assistant Manager in Audit and then Senior Manager in Audit. Currently, Ibrahim is the Chief Financial Controller/Director at DHB Bank, where they are responsible for leading financial control and business control departments. Their duties include managing finance, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, tax, and transfer pricing, among others. Ibrahim also actively participates in various committees and reports directly to the managing board.

Ibrahim Beydemir completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours Degree in Business Administration (Management) from Boğaziçi University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In 2009 to 2010, they attended Harvard Business School and obtained a Certificate in Management Essentials. Ibrahim also pursued Dutch Language Education at the University of Amsterdam from 2017 to 2018, although no specific degree was mentioned.
