Owen Sha

Owen Sha is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as HRVP at 敦煌网 since December 2021, Owen has previously held positions including Chief Human Resources Officer at COMMSAT and CHO at 居理买房网. With a strong background in HR management, Owen has also been HRVP at 上海连尚网络科技有限公司 (WiFi万能钥匙), CHRO at HC Financial Service Group, and HR Director at both Sohu Video and UTStarcom. Owen co-founded Jobmet, where duties included serving as COO and VP from 2005 to 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Optical Instrument Engineering from Tianjin University.
