Shrinivas Racha has extensive experience in the IT consulting and management consulting industry. Shrinivas currently serves as the Founder & Chairman of Newforce Global Services Ltd, where they established the Global Dhi Newforce B2B SaaS Platform and developed the Web 3.0 ERP SaaS Product. In 2019, they founded Dhi Hyperlocal, a company that offers Market Access Solutions and reduces IT investment costs for retail businesses through their SaaS-based pricing model.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Shrinivas worked as an SAP Retail Solution Architect for companies such as SAP, Mercadona, TOP-TOY A/S, Wilko, and Vodafone. Shrinivas also served as an SAP Solution Expert for Celesio UK and KPMG UK. Their career in SAP solutions began at GlaxoSmithKline, where they were a SAP Solution Lead.
