Jonas Brandi Mortensen

Jonas Brandi Mortensen is a Senior Environmental Scientist and Product Manager specializing in marine software at DHI since September 2012. With expertise in agent-based modeling and ecological applications within coastal and marine environments, Jonas has led research projects and served as a technical supervisor and trainer. Prior experience includes working as an Environmental Engineer at Applied Science Associates, focusing on Matlab programming and model validation, as well as being a Lab Demonstrator and Postgraduate Research Student at Griffith University, where a Master's thesis on juvenile bull shark movement was completed. Jonas holds a Master of Philosophy in Marine Science and Ecology from Griffith University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Copenhagen.
