Chet Paul is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the logistics industry, currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at DHL Express since January 2019. Chet's career at DHL began in October 2001, where roles included Senior Vice President & General Manager overseeing operations, sales, and customer experience across the Southeast US, and previously managing commercial efforts at various levels. With a proven track record in driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading large commercial teams across multiple countries, Chet's leadership has consistently resulted in significant market share increases and exceptional customer service metrics. Chet holds an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University and completed an Executive Program in Organizational Leadership at UNSW.
