Derek Guilfoyle

Derek Guilfoyle is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the logistics and supply chain sectors. Currently serving as IT Director and IT & Operations Excellence Director at DHL Supply Chain since September 2018, Derek's responsibilities include developing IT strategies, managing costs, and enhancing operations maturity models. Since 2006, Derek has been a member of the country board of directors at DHL, focusing on IT and operational excellence, with previous roles including Head of IT & First Choice for DHL Supply Chain in Ireland. Derek's earlier career includes positions as IT Project Manager at Exel and IT Manager at Tibbett & Britten. Derek holds a Hons BSc in Technology & Strategy Management and a BSc in IT Management from Technological University Dublin.
