Annette van Dien

Annette Van Dien is a Senior Engineer V at CHA Consulting, Inc. since August 2003 and has extensive experience in structural engineering, particularly in the design and renovation of brownstones and historic structures, as well as forensic engineering. Previously, Annette held positions as a Senior Structural Engineer at D'Huy Engineering, Inc. from 2003 to 2024, and prior to that, served as a Structural Engineer at the same firm from 1995 to 2000. Additional experience includes a role as a Consultant at The Duggan Rhodes Group and as an Engineer at STV. Annette holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
