Carl Douglass

Carl Douglass is the current President and CEO at DI Labs. Carl was previously the Director of Engineering at Prinsco, Inc from April 2009 to May 2016. At Prinsco, they were responsible for leading and strategic planning for the engineering, quality, and marketing departments.

Carl has assembled engineering teams from the ground up and has experience in civil engineering, manufacturing and operations support, new product development, and quality control. Carl is passionate about obtaining customer insights and injecting them into business processes in order to provide anticipatory solutions. Additionally, they have implemented Prinsco's marketing and branding strategies as a key component to their engineered services.

Douglass is a lifelong learner and is always striving for excellence as a leader and contributor to business objectives.

Carl Douglass has a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Ohio Northern University. Carl is also a certified Professional Engineer.
