Gillian Shaw

As General Counsel Gillian supports the senior management on all legal and compliance matters including strategic partnerships, contract review, data protection, intellectual property, escalated employment matters, regulatory and business certifications and new product launches. Gillian has over 13 years post qualified experience and possesses a wealth of knowledge working in-house for both public sector clients, such as Agri-food & Biosciences Institute and Invest NI and a wide range of private sector clients. Whilst in Invest NI she worked closely with medical, diagnostic and life science sectors where she has gained a deep understanding of the UK, EU and US regulatory standards applicable to healthcare data.
