Jean-Louis KERSAC'H has extensive experience in the fields of diagnostics and sales within the construction and building management sectors. Currently, since January 2019, Jean-Louis KERSAC'H serves as a Maitre d’ouvrage at Aléa Contrôles, specializing in the identification and management of hazardous materials such as asbestos and lead before construction or demolition activities. Concurrently, since May 2012, Jean-Louis KERSAC'H has been associated with DIAGAMTER, providing certified real estate diagnostics through a national network. Jean-Louis KERSAC'H also holds a background in sales leadership, having been the Director of Sales for ITT France from 1994 to 2011, overseeing the development of sales in water treatment and pumping solutions for the French market. Additionally, Jean-Louis KERSAC'H has been involved with BNI as a member, contributing to networking and growth initiatives within the business community.
