Patrick HEGESIPPE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the field of real estate diagnostics and water treatment. Since August 2007, Patrick has served as a Diagnostiqueur immobilier - spécialiste de l'amiante at DIAGAMTER, focusing on various real estate diagnostics, including asbestos assessments, lead testing, energy performance, gas and electricity evaluations, and termite inspections, as well as diagnostics prior to renovation or demolition. Prior to this role, Patrick held multiple positions at SAUR from August 1991 to May 2007, including roles as an Engineer in water treatment, Operations Manager, and Sector Chief. Patrick holds an engineering degree from Ecole nationale supérieure de Chimie de Rennes, obtained between 1986 and 1989.
