Ann Chen has extensive experience in design and visual identity, primarily with Diageo since January 2015. As the Global Head of Design & Visual Identity for Johnnie Walker, Ann has significantly impacted the brand’s evolution, achieving substantial global growth and cohesion in design across key markets. Previous roles include Design Leader for the Global Reserve & Scotch Portfolios, where Ann enhanced the Tanqueray brand's presence, and Art Director at Raison Pure International, leading major innovations for Diageo in Asia. Ann's career also includes positions at Templin Brink Design and Landor Associates, collaborating with high-profile clients such as Apple and Jaguar. Ann holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the ArtCenter College of Design.
