Hamish Nisbet

Hamish Nisbet is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment and talent engagement initiatives across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Global Head of Talent Engagement at Diageo since April 2023, Hamish previously held the position of Global Head of Resourcing at HSBC from September 2017 to October 2022. Prior roles include significant leadership positions at GE, where responsibilities included overseeing 18 Regional Talent Acquisition Centers of Excellence (COEs) globally and building the COEs in Europe. Hamish’s earlier career features roles such as Senior European Recruiter at Genworth Financial and Search and Selection Consultant at Penna. Hamish holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Cardiff University.
