Isaac Valladolid

Isaac Valladolid serves as the Head of Supply Chain CCA at Diageo since October 2024, leading a high-performing team to launch and supply Diageo’s portfolio across 37 countries, working closely with distribution and production partners. Prior to this role, Isaac held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Casa Lumbre, where responsibilities included overseeing operations and new product development for strategic brands, particularly developing a ready-to-drink portfolio in the USA. Isaac has prior experience as the Operations and Business Development Director at Cruce Coffee Company, the founder of Central America's first coffee roasting and capsule manufacturing service, and several roles at Diageo and Heineken, focusing on sourcing strategies, operations management, and continuous process improvement. Isaac holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
