Manuela Ramin-Osmundsen

Manuela Ramin-Osmundsen is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic communication and public affairs, currently serving as the Head of Communication and Community Relations at Diakonhjemmet since September 2020. Manuela has played a key role in enhancing the organization's capacity to execute its strategic plan, focusing on sustainability and collaboration as core objectives for 2020-2030. Previously, Manuela held positions such as Director of Employment and Inclusion at Drammen Municipality and HR Manager at Miljødirektoratet, where strategic HR functions were developed. Additional roles include leadership in ethnic minority health services, project management within the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Deputy General Director at the Norwegian Directorate of Immigration. Manuela holds multiple MBA degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and a Maitrise in private law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
