Sebastian Drutschmann

Sebastian Drutschmann is an experienced professional in risk management and security, currently serving as the Leiter Stabstelle Sicherheit at Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sebastian held various positions at Lamoda Group, including Director of Risk Management and Risk Management Officer from September 2014 to December 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Analyst/Consultant at German Business Protection GmbH from January 2013 to August 2014 and as a Senior Consultant at MADE GmbH in mid-2012. Additionally, Sebastian completed an internship at IISS in 2006-2007. Academically, Sebastian earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in War Studies and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in War Studies from King's College London, along with earlier studies at Universität Passau from 2001 to 2004.
