Raymond Mckeeve

Raymond McKeeve is a Partner at Dial Partners LLP. He is recognised as a leading figure in private equity and one of the best-known corporate lawyers in the City of London, having developed his career at leading private equity law firms, including at Jones Day, Linklaters, and Dickson Minto.

Raymond has extensive experience advising major private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, and their investee companies as well as leading alternative credit providers and lenders across all areas of corporate practice, including acquisitions, disposals, financings and restructurings.

He is a specialist in Defence and Security and sat on the MOD Defence Reform Unit.
