Rich Spencer

Rich Spencer is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the B2B sector, currently serving as National Accounts - Enterprise at Dial® Professional, a division of Henkel Corporation, since 2021. Rich has a strong background in strategic alliances and supporting the Away-From-Home markets. In addition to this role, Rich has been a member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Greater Toledo since 2018. Prior positions include Director of Sales and Business Development at Tolco Corporation, where Rich accelerated sales growth in multiple industrial B2B channels, and Sales Leadership at The Andersons, Inc., focusing on the Plant Nutrient – Cob Divisions. Rich also served as Sales Director at Veritiv, delivering strategic planning and KPI analysis, and held multiple leadership roles at Betco Corporation, culminating as VP of National Distribution. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from The University of Toledo.
